What belongs to Lujevit

The product photography, lifestyle images, ingredient close-ups, illustrations, diagrams, blog photographs and artwork, label and packaging design, social share images and videos published on lujevit.com are owned by or exclusively licensed to Divina Health and are protected by US copyright law. All rights reserved.

The LUJEVIT name and logo, and the look of our bottle and label, are trademarks of Divina Health.

Viewing a page, sharing a link to it, or using a platform’s built-in share button does not transfer any rights in the images shown. Copying, downloading for reuse, editing, redistributing, selling or using our images in someone else’s material requires our prior written permission.

People in our images

The people in our photos and videos are models or paid content creators who appear with their consent, under agreements with Divina Health. Unless an image is clearly labeled as coming from a verified customer review, the person shown is not a customer sharing their own experience.

Their likeness is licensed to us for our own use only. It may not be reused, edited, or paired with words they didn’t say.

Uses we never allow

Lujevit is a dietary supplement, and how it is presented is regulated. So even with permission, our images may not be:

• Placed next to claims that Lujevit diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, or next to claims we don’t make — about weight, memory, focus or reversing aging.
• Used in before-and-after comparisons.
• Edited to change the label, the doses, the packaging or the product’s appearance.
• Used to suggest that we endorse, sponsor or partner with someone, or that Lujevit is approved by the FDA or any medical body.
• Used by unauthorized sellers, in marketplace listings, or in paid ads by affiliates without a written agreement with us.
• Used to train, fine-tune or prompt AI models, or to create synthetic or altered versions of the people or the product shown.

Press and editorial use

Journalists, reviewers and publications may request our product photos and logo to cover Lujevit editorially, as long as:

• The image isn’t altered beyond resizing or cropping without distortion.
• It’s credited as “Image: Lujevit”.
• It isn’t used in advertising or affiliate promotion.
• The accompanying text doesn’t attribute to Lujevit claims we don’t make.

Lifestyle images with people are not part of this permission. Ask us first.

Your photos and posts

If you tag @lujevit or include photos in a product review, we’ll ask before reposting your content anywhere, and we’ll credit you. Photos submitted through our review platform are covered by our Terms of Service.

Third-party marks and assets

Some images and symbols on this site belong to others. They appear only to identify a service, a payment method or a source, and don’t imply partnership or endorsement.

• Payment method logos belong to their respective owners. Available payment methods are shown at our Shopify checkout.
• Social media icons for Instagram and Facebook belong to their respective owners and link to our official profiles.
• Third-party ingredient names and marks, where used, remain the property of their respective owners.
• Interface icons include Lucide icons, distributed under the ISC license, and Heroicons by Tailwind Labs, Inc., distributed under the MIT license. Noto Serif, Plus Jakarta Sans and Inter are provided through Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License.
• Scientific references: we link to studies on PubMed or the publisher’s site. We don’t reproduce figures from journals; the diagrams on this site are our own simplified drawings.

We don’t display the FDA logo or certification seals that belong to third parties. The quality badges on this site are our own designs describing how Lujevit is made and tested. Third-party assets are not included in our image licensing permission.

Report misuse or a copyright concern

If you see our images used without permission, email us at contact@divinahealthlab.com with the link and a screenshot.

If you believe content on lujevit.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@divinahealthlab.com that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• The URL or location of the material on our site.
• Your name, address, phone number and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
